1.1 Shipping Charges

A standard shipping fee of ₹40 shall be applicable on all orders with a total order value below ₹399, unless otherwise specified under any promotional offer.

1.2 Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines displayed on the Order Details page are indicative. Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Dermarex may ship products in multiple consignments if an order contains more than one item. Dermarex shall not be liable for delays caused due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to logistics disruptions, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

1.3 Delayed Dispatch or Delivery

In the event that an order is not delivered within the estimated timeline, customers may contact Dermarex customer support at [info@dermarex.in] for assistance. Dermarex shall make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

1.4 Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, customers shall receive shipment details including the tracking number and courier partner via registered email.
Order status can also be tracked by accessing My Account → Orders on the Dermarex website.

Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
